Old Kentucky Sausage Seasoning
A slightly spicy blend of red peppers and other natural flavors produces a savory pork sausage.
Directions:
Mix one 8 ounce bag to season 25 lbs. of meat. Do not add salt.
Ingredients:
Salt, Dextrose, Red Pepper, Spice, Monosodium Glutamate (3.1%), Spice Extractives and other Natural Flavor, Citric Acid (0.15%), Natural Flavors, BHA (0.15%), BHT (0.15%), and not more than 2% Silicone Dioxide (added to prevent caking).
