Bratwurst Sausage Seasoning

A blend of salt, dehydrated onion, soybean oil, and other spices to produce flavorful brats.

Directions:
Mix one 8 ounce bag to season 25 lbs. of meat. Do not add salt.

Ingredients:
Salt, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Onion, Soybean Oil, BHA, and BHT.
