Meat Loaf Seasoning


Directions:
Mix two 8 oz. seasoning packets with 2½-3 lbs. (40-48 oz.) of cold water in a meat lug Stir to mash consistency Add 7½-8 lbs. of ground beef, 1½-2 lbs. of ground pork and or ground veal Add ground meat to wet mix and mix well until texture is uniform Total yield is 12½-14 pounds. All beef can be used or combination of beef, pork, and veal..

Ingredients:
leached Wheat Flour, Corn Masa Flour, Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Carrots, Bell Peppers, Garlic, Celery), Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, and Spices including Red Pepper and Parsley. CONTAINS WHEAT.
